Academic Achievements

Prof. LIU Jinhua focuses on preparation of nano-material and design of biosensor, including synthesis and surface functionalization of nanomaterials such as carbon nanoparticle, graphene oxide and quantum dots (CdSe, CdTe, CdS, CdSe/CdS, CdSe/ZnS, C-QD, Si-QD), Cu, Ag nanoparticles, the design of nuleic acid probe (especially aptamer) and the construction of detection platform for metal ion, small molecule, DNA and proteins (thrombin, methylation enzyme and apyraze). He has published over 10 SCI papers on Anal Chem, Lab on a chip, Chem Commun, Biosensors Bioelectronics, Langmuir, Materials Science and Engineering: C,  Chemical Engineering Journal, etc, with over 300 citations. Currently, he is in charge of 1 Natural Science Foundation of China (Youth).
