报告题目:三线态能量转移在有机合成中的应用

摘要
光激发催化的三线态能量转移在医学、材料以及化学制造中都有非常广泛的应用。我们利用三线态能量转移实现了一例分子间烯烃的不对称[2+2]环加成反应。机理研究发现手性催化剂控制的是基态的底物,而不是三线态的活性中间体[1];成功实现首例三线态能量转移的Paternò–Büchi反应,并且开发出一类新型三线态能量转移引发的路易斯酸催化的表观C-H键插入反应[2];对于此C-H键插入反应,可通过手性配体筛选,可以得到99%的ee值的合成产物。
