主要学术成绩
多年从事有机光电功能材料的研究,近几年致力于蓝光材料的分子设计与OLED应用,目标是实现高效率、长寿命的蓝光发射。创新成果在J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Nature Nanotech.、Macromolecules、Dyes and Pigments、ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces.等国际学术期刊发表SCI论文60余篇;申请及授权发明专利18项。2014年获得江苏省“六大人才高峰”高层次人才,2016年获得江苏省“333高层次人才培养工程”(第三层次)、2023年入选人力资源社会保障部中国留学人员回国创业启动计划(重点)。
