研究方向:

主要从事钙钛矿光电材料与器件的研究工作,近年来以第一作者(含共同)身份在ScienceNatureNature PhotonicsJoule等期刊发表论文15篇,H因子23。申请/授权中国专利5项。成果入选 2021 年度中国高等学校十大科技进展2021 年度中国半导体十大研究进展 2023年度中国电子学会科学技术一等奖(自然科学)、2023年度中国光学学会科技创新一等奖(郭光灿光学奖)、2023年度中国电子学会博士学位论文激励计划,2022年度江苏省行业领域(基础研究领域)十大科技进展,第二届江苏省科技期刊优秀论文。获中国国际大学生创新大赛(2023)金奖。
