科学研究
陈永华长期从事钙钛矿光伏材料与器件的研究工作,重点围绕其高效性和稳定性,针对“分子结构-薄膜工艺-光伏性能”的内在关系这一关键科学问题,开展高效稳定光伏器件的研究工作。近年来,共发表SCI论文180余篇,他引9000余次,h因子50。近5年,以通讯作者发表论文80余篇,包括Nature、Science、Nature Energy、Nature Photonics、Nature Review Materials、Chemical Society Review、Joule、Chem、Angewandte Chemie、Advanced Materials等,申请/授权中国专利20项、美国专利2项。受邀撰写一部英文专著“Organic Semiconductor Heterojunctions and its Application in Organic Light-Emitting Diodes”和一部英文专著二个章节“White OLED Materials”、 “Alternating Current Driven Organic Light-Emitting Devices”和“Lead-free Halide Perovskites”。成果入选2021年度“中国高等学校十大科技进展”和2021年度“中国半导体十大研究进展”。担任Journal of Semiconductors青年编委等。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、面上项目,江苏特聘教授项目、江苏省杰青项目、江苏省双碳项目、江苏省自然科学基金青年项目,江苏省双创团队核心成员,参与国家重点基础研究发展计划项目和国家自然科学基金重大研究计划集成项目。
