研究方向:
聚焦二维半导体材料,系统开展异质界面工程与光电特性研究,揭示激子动力学及多外场调控的新机制,并拓展其在光电子与智能信息器件中的应用。以第一/通讯作者在 Advanced Materials, Advanced Functional Materials, FlexMat, Materials Today Advances 等国际期刊发表多篇论文。主持江苏省自然科学基金青年项目,参与多项国家重点研发计划项目。
