科研成果简介    

本人主要从事二维材料的可控合成、新奇物性探索以及低维器件构筑,兼具材料、物理、化学、电子等多学科交叉背景,目前在Nat. Phys.以及Adv. Mater.JACSAngewandteNano Lett.等期刊以一作/共一发表学术论文13,总被引用数为2200余次。下面就主要的科研成果做下介绍:


系列代表性成果一:构筑转角堆叠的超晶格TMD材料,通过与高压调控手段耦合,实现了16.5 K的超导转变温度,创造了TMD基超导材料的Tc新纪录。


系列代表性成果二:开发低温拓扑化学法成功制备新型拓扑超导体,并成功观测到马约拉纳束缚态。


系列代表性成果三:构筑多个具有平整界面的范德华异质结器件,利用界面处电荷(电子/离子)的有效传输,实现了对材料发光性能的有效调控,并模拟生物突触特性,实现了高性能存算一体功能。
