个人简介:
2019年博士毕业于南京邮电大学柔性电子全国重点实验室,期间曾赴新加坡南洋理工大学交流学习,随后在南京工业大学从事博士后研究;2022年正式加入南京工业大学柔性电子(未来技术)学院/先进材料研究院从事教学科研工作。迄今为止,以第一作者或通讯作者在Nature Communications, Advanced Science, ACS Nano, Small等国际权威期刊上发表SCI论文20余篇,授权发明专利5项。相关成果获江苏省高等学校科学技术研究成果三等奖、江苏省自然科学百篇优秀学术成果论文奖等。长期担任Nano-Micro Letters、Advanced Materials Technologies、Applied Surface Science等期刊审稿人。
研究方向:
1. 有机晶态材料:主要包括有机单晶/异质结的制备及其神经形态视觉传感;
2. 柔性电子材料:主要包括有机晶体材料的柔性化构筑及其光电子器件。
