个人简历与研究方向

2015.09-2020.06硕博连读毕业于湖南大学获得博士学位;2020.11申请年加入南京工业大学。

主要研究方向:1)二维材料及其异质结的可控生长;2)二维材料的电子、光电器件研究。5年来发表SCI论文30余篇,其中以第一作者/共同第一作者/通讯作者身份在Advanced MaterialsAdvanced ScienceNano LettersChemistry of materialsInfoMat等国际知名期刊上发表SCI论文9篇。此外,以合作作者身份在NatureNature Materials等国际顶级期刊发表论文数篇,论文总引用约2000次,h-index20,获授权发明专利5项,其中1项为国际专利。此外,还受邀担任了国际知名期刊Crystals客座编辑。2022-2024年主持一项国家自然科学基金青年项目。
