学术工作简介
传统光电材料面向后摩尔时代发展需求,尚存在尺寸微缩限制、功能单一、性能瓶颈等挑战。面向集成光电材料器件领域,通过物理、化学、材料、信息等多学科交叉融合,从尺寸集成、功能集成的角度,通过材料合成和器件功能在异质界面工程上的一体化设计,发展具有原子级厚度、丰富高效功能的二维卤化物新概念半导体材料。1)基于异质界面二维限域空间,利用卤化物的离子化学活性,提出简单高效节能的界面制备方法及其生长机理,率先实现优异卤化物光电材料趋向二维极限的尺寸集成;2)基于异质界面超强耦合作用,利用卤化物的离子光学活性,构筑二维光电材料的互补型异质结构,屡次刷新具有光学感知、电荷存储、光电探测等功能集成器件指标。近五年以(共同)通讯作者身份在Nat. Mater.、 Nat. Commun.、 Adv. Mater.、 Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、 Nano Lett.、 ACS Nano、 Light Sci. Appl.、 Natl. Sci. Rev.、 Research、 Nano Today等期刊上发表论文53篇(影响因子>10,30篇),获国际学术奖项4次,以项目或课题负责人主持省部级项目10余项,以第一发明人授权专利4项。
