个人简介:
2016年博士毕业于南京邮电大学,同年加入南京工业大学柔性电子(未来技术)学院/先进材料研究院,主要从事柔性可拉伸光敏材料制备、可拉伸光电器件构建及其仿生传感应用等方面的研究工作。近年来以第一或通讯作者身份在Nature Communications, Small, ACS Applied Materials Interfaces, Chemical Engineering Journal, Advanced Materials Technologies, SCIENCE CHINA Materials, Journal of Materials Chemistry C等期刊上发表学术论文20余篇,授权发明专利8项,主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、江苏省自然科学基金青年基金和中国博士后基金特别资助等项目。
研究方向:
柔性可拉伸光敏材料:设计制备柔性热释电、光敏离子凝胶或水凝胶材料。
可拉伸光电器件:构建器件并用于仿生视网膜、多模传感和健康监测等领域。
教学和学生培养:
课程:本科生课程《微电子器件》,研究生课程《半导体物理与器件》。
指导研究生:指导研究生中2020级陈蓉、2022级王凯莉获得研究生国家奖学金,2021级何子熙学位论文被评为校级优秀学位论文。
