Stimuli-mediated theranostics has been demonstrated to be a promising means for tumor diagnosis and therapy in past decades. Therefore, developing the stimuli-responsive probes for precise tumor diagnosis and therapy is highly desirable and significant. Herein, synthesis and biological applications of a number of stimuli-responsive bioprobesincluding probes with aggregation-induced emission (AIE) characteristics, photo-crosslinkable gold nanoparticles, andpH/GSH dual-responsive probes developed by our group will be introduced.
