Manipulation of crystal formation behavior in CsPbX3 films for high-efficiency LEDs

报告摘要

Metal halide perovskites have attracted significant attention as a new-generation emitter for efficient and low-cost light-emitting diodes (LEDs) due to their outstanding optoelectronic properties such as tuneable optical bandgap, high colour purity, and high PLQE. Generally, the inorganic perovskite shows low emitting efficiency due to their intrinsic defects arising from crystallization. Here, we report a controllable approach to manipulate the preferred facet orientation and crystal formation behavior within the inorganic perovskite CsPbX3 (I, Br) films by introducing organic cation salt, which can be adsorbed or inserted into the crystal lattice via coulomb interaction or hydrogen bonding. On the basis of this strategy, the external quantum efficiency (EQE) of CsPbBr3 and CsPbI3 LEDs could be improved to 7.9% and 10.3 %, respectively. Particularly, the luminance of CsPbBr3 LEDs reaches 160000 cd m-2

 个人简介:伊昌,博士,南京工业大学先进材料研究院,助理研究员。2014年博士毕业于东南大学,后加入南京工业大学先进材料研究院。于2018年1月至2019年1月,在协同创新中心资助下,前往瑞典林雪平大学访问留学,合作导师为高峰教授。研究方向为钙钛矿光电材料及器件研究。具体研究内容有:(1)有机/无机杂化钙钛矿光电材料设计合成;(2)钙钛矿发光二极管。
